CHANGE IN HOLDINGS IN LEMMINKÄINEN SHARES

Lemminkäinen Corporation has on 9 October 2017 received an announcement under
Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Securities Markets Act, according to which the
holding of Onvest Sijoitus Oy in Lemminkäinen has exceeded the threshold of 10
per cent. According to the announcement, the holding has exceeded the threshold
on 9 October 2017.

According to the announcement, the holding of Onvest Sijoitus Oy in Lemminkäinen
has on 9 October 2017 increased to 2,458,447 shares, corresponding to 10.59 per
