Annual Information 2010

On 28 April 2011 the Annual General Meeting of TEO LT, AB Shareholders approved
Financial Statements, Consolidated Annual and Independent Auditor's Reports for
the year ended 31 December 2010. 

The Company also prepared Corporate Social Responsibility Report for the year
2010 in html format.
