Change in Cramo's management

Mr Finn Løkken, Managing Director of Cramo Norway AS and Senior Vice President
in the Cramo Group Management team, has informed that he will resign from his
position to pursue career opportunities outside the rental industry. 

Mr Løkken will remain in his current position until a successor has been
appointed, however, no longer than until June 2012. 

“Since Finn joined Cramo in 2003, his contribution to develop Cramo from a
small player in the Norwegian equipment rental industry into one of the
country's leading and most progressive rental companies cannot be
overestimated”, says Mr Vesa Koivula, CEO of the Cramo Group. “In 2009, Finn
was appointed a member of Group management team, where his commitment and
experience have also been an asset for the Cramo Group as a whole. We wish him
the best of luck in his new career.”
