Kesko Corporation: Disclosure in compliance with Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act (23.4.2024)

Kesko Corporation has on 24 April 2024 received a notification pursuant to
Chapter 9, Section 10 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act from BlackRock, Inc.

According to the notification, on 23 April 2024, BlackRock, Inc.'s holding in
Kesko Corporation, including holding through financial instruments, has exceeded
the threshold of five (5) per cent of shares.
