Government Debt Management Prospect 2012

  -- Planned Treasury bond issuance for 2012 totals 75 b.kr. 
  -- Net issuance of domestic Treasury bonds and bills estimated at 8 b.kr. 
  -- Net domestic credit financing estimated to be negative by 2 b.kr. 
  -- New two-year nominal Treasury bond to be issued
  -- Balance of Treasury bills to be reduced by about 14 b.kr. 
  -- Planned 10 b.kr. prepayment of bond issued to recapitalise the Central Bank
     of Iceland
  -- Foreign bond totalling 164 m. euros matures in April, already refinanced;
     Treasury to consider foreign bond issue subject to market conditions;
     proceeds to be used to refinance loans maturing in coming years
