During the first meeting of the newly elected Supervisory Council held on March
29, 2012 Arvydas Salda was elected to the position of the Chairman of the
Supervisory Council, Sigitas Baguckas was elected to the position of the Deputy
Chairman of the Supervisory Council. 

The following persons were elected to the Board of the Bank for the new 4-year
tenure: Vita Adomaitytė, Jonas Bartkus, Algirdas Butkus, Daiva Kiburienė,
Donatas Savickas, Vytautas Sinius and Audrius Žiugžda. The proposal to the
Board regarding the candidacy of Algirdas Butkus to the position of the
Chairman of the Board was submitted. 

During the meeting of the newly elected Supervisory Council held on March 29,
2012 Algirdas Butkus was elected to the position of the Chairman of the Board,
Donatas Savickas and Audrius Žiugžda elected to be the Deputies of the Chairman
of the Board
