FINANCING UPDATE, DISCUSSIONS BETWEEN MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS AND LEAD INVESTOR
CONCERNING THE MANNER OF THE EXECUTION OF THE LEAD INVESTOR'S FINANCING
PROPOSAL ARE CONTINUING 



As previously announced on July 1, 2011 the Company has been informed by its
lead investor and a group of the Company's largest shareholders that they have
reached an agreement on the manner of execution of the lead investor's
financing proposal (the “Proposal”) and the planned support and participation
of this group of largest shareholders in this planned financing. Their
agreement may also introduce some changes to the terms of the Proposal. 



The Company has been informed that these discussions are continuing and that
final agreement on the full details of the financing proposal is expected soon.
The Company has been assured that this agreement between the lead investor and
the group of largest shareholders will secure the group's short-term financing
needs and will provide a way forward for a long-term financing solution. 



The Company expects to announce further details of the above-mentioned
agreement between the group of largest shareholders and the lead investor
within the next days to come after receiving this information.
