PROHA CHANGES ITS GICS CLASSIFICATION TO INDUSTRIALS

Proha's category of the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) will
change on November 1, 2010. The Group's new sector is Industrials and the new
sub-industry code is 20202020 (Research and Consulting Services). 

Proha applied to change its prior sector from Information Technology to
Industrials, because about 90% of the Group's net sales is generated by the Oil& Gas Services division. The division consists of Dovre companies providing
professionals and services for large investment projects in the oil and gas
industry worldwide. Dovre Group's top professionals work for global oil and gas
companies in various disciplines. 

Proha's Software Solutions division, which includes Safran and Camako,
continues to offer enterprise level project management consulting and software
in the Nordic countries. This division represents about 10% of Proha's
turnover.

large investment projects. Dovre Group has extensive frame agreements with
global energy companies and our professionals work in projects worldwide.
According to the GICS classification used by NASDAQ OMX, the Industrials sector
better represents our core business than the prior sector,” informs Ilkka
