RAPALA VMC CORPORATION: CHANGES IN EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

Arto Nygren has been appointed as Executive Vice President, Lure Manufacturing
and member of the Executive Committee as of January 1, 2017. Nygren has worked
for the Rapala Group since 1990 and is currently heading Group's lure
manufacturing unit in Batam, Indonesia. Nygren will report to Stanislas de
Castelnau (Executive Vice President, Manufacturing Operations and Global Supply
Chain Development, Hook and Carp business unit).

Juhani Pehkonen will leave the Executive Committee on December 31, 2016 and
Rapala VMC Corporation during first half of 2017. Starting from January 1, 2017
he will work as Senior Advisor until the end of his agreement.
