Decisions of Aktia Savings Bank plc's Annual General Meeting 2008

The Annual General Meeting of Aktia Savings Bank Abp held on 1 April
2008 adopted the financial statements of the parent company and the
consolidated financial statements, and discharged the Board of
Supervisors, the Board of Directors, the Managing Director and his
deputy from liability.

In accordance with the proposal of the Board of Directors, the Annual
General Meeting decided to distribute a dividend of EUR 0.50 per
share totalling EUR 20,050,968 for the financial period 1 January -
31 December 2007. The record date for the dividends is 4 April 2008
and the dividends will be paid out on 11 April 2008.

The Annual General Meeting established the number of members on the
Board of Supervisors as thirty.

The following members of the Board of Supervisors, whose term expired
at the Annual General Meeting, were re-elected for a three-year
period:
Johan Bardy, Attorney-at-Law
Christina Gestrin, Member of Parliament, M.Sc. (Agriculture and
Forestry)
Patrik Lerche, Managing Director, M.Sc. (Econ)
Kristina Lyytikäinen, Private Entrepreneur, B.A. (Social Sciences)
Håkan Mattlin, Chief Director, M.Sc. (Pol.)
Jorma J  Pitkämäki, Director of Development
Peter Simberg, Agrologist
Lorenz Uthardt, Agrologist, M.Sc. (Pol.), Honorary Councillor
Marianne Österberg, Administrative Director, LL.M.

Håkan Fagerström, Managing Director, M. For., was elected as a new
member to the Board of Supervisors, for a three-year period as well.

The Annual General Meeting established the number of auditors as one.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Ab was re-appointed auditor for the financial
year starting on 1 January 2008, with Jan Holmberg, APA, as the
auditor in charge.

The Annual General Meeting approved the changes to the bank's
Articles of Association proposed by the Board of Directors as well as
the proposal of a share issue. These R shares bring 20 votes, as 2
old shares entitle to subscription of one new R share. The old shares
with one vote are called A shares. The approved proposals can be
found on Aktia's Web pages www.aktia.com (only in Finnish and
Swedish). The revised Articles of Association and the new shares are
expected to be registered on 7 April 2008, at which time the new
shares will also be registered in the shareholders' book-entry
accounts.
