Regarding signature of UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras shares and changes of authorized capital

Elektrėnai, Lithuania, 2014-07-11 08:51 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- “Lietuvos
energijos gamyba”, AB (company code 302648707, registered office at Elektrinės
str. 21, Elektrėnai) (the Company), informs that on 10 July, 2014 new edition
of articles of association of UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras were
registrated with the increased authorized capital. UAB Technologijų ir
inovacijų centras authorized capital was increased from 10 000 LTL to 20 000
000 LTL. 

By increasing UAB Technologijų ir inovacijų centras authorized capital the
Company signed 4 442 222 units of the newly issued shares. After authorized
capital increase, the Company's percentage of total shares of UAB Technologijų
ir inovacijų centras increased from 20 percent to 22.22 percent.
