Lietuvos Energija AB - Notification on material event

Regarding the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania

Under resolution No. 1154 of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania dated
August 12, 2010, enforced on August 18, 2010, the Plan for Implementation of
the National Energy Strategy 2008 - 2010 was amended with a new measure by
including the installation of a new hydro unit with the capacity of (up to) 250
MW of Kruonis PSP. For the implementation of this measure is responsible
joint-stock company LIETUVOS ENERGIJA.
