Bakkabraedur Holding B.V. has purchased nearly all of Kaupthing Bank hf.'s
right to receive shares in Exista hf. which the Bank was to be paid for its
shares in Skipti hf. according to Exista hf.'s takeover bid and the Bank had
accepted. Bakkabraedur Holding B.V. will therefore receive the shares from
Exista hf. when the takeover bid will be settled. The ownership of Bakkabraedur
Holding B.V. in Exista hf. remains unchanged at 45.21%.
