Apranga APB - Notification on material event

On turnover of Apranga Group in February 2009

The retail turnover (including VAT) of the leader of retail apparel market in
Lithuania and the Baltic States Apranga Group has made LTL 26.4 million (EUR
7.6 million) in February 2009, or 27.2% less than in February 2008. The retail
turnover growth rate was 55.5% in February 2008. 

The retail turnover (including VAT) of Apranga Group has made LTL 65.0 million
(EUR 18.8 million) in January through February 2009 or 22.4% less than in 2008. 

In January through February 2009 the retail turnover of Apranga Group in
Lithuania decreased 19.2% year-on-year, in Latvia decreased 32.2%, and in
Estonia decreased 20.0%. 

Shares of Apranga are listed on Baltic equity list on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius Stock
Exchange. Majority shareholder of Apranga Group is concern MG Baltic.
