ANSSI JANSSON CONTINUES AT CENCORP

Anssi Jansson, Vice President, Sales & Marketing and a member of Cencorp
Corporation's management team, will continue working at Cencorp, contrary to
the announcement made on December 1, 2011. Anssi will continue in his position
as Vice President, Sales & Marketing until a new employee takes over the
position. Thereafter he will take on the position of Executive Vice President,
Corporate Service Business.
