Vilnius, Lietuva, 2013-12-20 15:35 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Trades in Invalda LT
shares (including closing of repurchase agreements) were conducted among the
largest shareholders of the company. After these trades, the largest
shareholders remain the same - Alvydas Banys and his company LJB Investments,
Irena Ona Miseikiene and a company Lucrum Investicija owned by Darius Sulnis. 
Persons acting in concert have 90.82% of Invalda LT votes.
