CORRECTION TO INVITATION TO ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

CORRECTION TO INVITATION TO ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                              


There was an incorrect date in the invitation to the Annual General Meeting     
published by GeoSentric Oyj today at 9.00 am for the registration of nominee    
registered shares in the temporary shareholders' register. The date announced in
the invitation release was May 12, 2010. The correct date is May 10, 2010. In   
its corrected form the last paragraph of the invitation to the Annual General   
meeting goes as follows:                                                        

A holder of nominee registered shares is advised to request without delay       
necessary instructions regarding the registration in the shareholder's register 
of the company, the issuing of proxy documents and registration for the Annual  
General Meeting from his/her custodian bank. The account management organization
of the custodian bank will register a holder of nominee registered shares, who  
wants to participate in the meeting, to be temporarily entered into the         
shareholders' register of the company at the latest on May 10, 2010 by 10.00    
a.m.
