LESTO - Notification on material event

Regarding the intention to sign long-term loan agreement

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Aguonų
str. 26, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered
ordinary shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

On October 30, 2015 LESTO AB via Central Public Procurement Portal informed the
long-term loan EUR 70 million tender, that was announced on April 15, 2015,
bidders about the concluded evaluation and the winner of the tender. 

The Commission of the tender has decided that Pohjola Bank Plc has offered the
best bid. The loan agreement with winner of the tender is intended to be signed
after the purchase procedures mandatory 15-day postponement. 

The loan will be used for outstanding loans refinancing and for the borrower's
overall funding needs. The base interest rate shall be 1 month EURIBOR.
