Resolutions of the creditor’s meeting of the restructuring Agrowill Group, AB

The creditors' meeting of the restructuring Agrowill Group AB  which took place
on February 15, 2013, decided to approve amendments and supplements to the
restructuring plan of AB Agrowill Group (attached), to authorize restructuring'
administrator to apply to Vilnius County court for approval of the amendments
and supplements to the restructuring plan.
