Amanda Capital Plc has gained knowledge of a notification regarding changes in
holdings in accordance with Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Finnish Securities
Markets Act, described below. 

Amanda Capital Plc has received the following announcement of change in
shareholding: 



Announcement of Fennogens Investments S.A.

1 Identity of the issuer of the shares:

Amanda Capital Plc, corporate ID 1625441-9

2 Reason for the notification:

The acquisition or dispose of shares or voting rights or other transaction

3 Full name of person subject to the notification obligation:

Fennogens Investments S.A.

4 Date of the transaction and date on which the threshold is exceeded or fallen
below of: 

The date of the transaction is 15 April, 2011 and the threshold will exceed
above on 15 April, 2011. Fennogens Investments S.A. is also involved in the
structuring of the directed share issue to the employees of Amanda Capital Plc
in year 2006. As a consequence to the said arrangement Fennogens Investments
S.A. has in certain situations a right of first refusal to the shares issued in
the share issue. If Fennogens Investments S.A. would exercise its right (1 075
000 shares) alone, the next threshold, (3/20) would not be exceeded.
