A CORRECTION TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10  
OF THE SECURITIES                                                               

PKC has received a correction to the announcement 24 February 2010 at 3 p.m. The
amount of shares owned by OP-Suomi Pienyhtiöt and OP-Focus had changed places in
the original notification with reference to Chapter 2, paragraph 9 of the       
Finnish Securities Markets Act. Enclosed herein is the corrected announcement.  

The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Oyj held by corporations in   
which OP-Pohjola Group Central Cooperative (0242522-1) exercises influence, its 
subsidiaries and funds managed by its subsidiaries has exceeded the limit of 5% 
on 23 February 2010.                                                            

The funds managed by OP Fund management Company Ltd (0743962-2) have the        
following shareholdings:
