Preliminary Results of PST Group for the Year 2009

Referring to the unaudited data, the Group of Panevėžio statybos trestas (PST)
was on the income of 184.7 mln. Litas (53.49 mln. EUR) for twelve months of the
year 2009 - that is, by 3.2 times less than the last year and had the
before-tax loss amounting 10,8 mln. Litas (3.13 mln. EUR). The Company of PST
gained the before-tax profit amounting 8.1 mln. Litas (2.35 mln. EUR) and was
on the income of 167,7 mln. Litas (48.6 mln. EUR). The results of the Group
were conditioned by negative changes in the real estate market. 

Panevėžio statybos trestas AB is one of the largest construction companies in
Lithuania. The company is certified in accordance with the requirements of
international quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management
systems. In the year 2007 PST won the National Quality Award for the company
policy and strategy, and also management, control of processes and resources,
satisfaction of customers', consumers' and employees' needs, etc. 

PST won the medals of “Product of the Year” for the construction of Sports
Arena in Šiauliai in 2007, Combined Cycle Power Plant in Panevėžys in 2008 and
Sports Arena in Panevėžys in 2009.
