Nokian Tyres has received a notification from JPMorgan Chase & Co on 18 April
2012, according to which the total holding of J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd,
JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Limited, JPMorgan Asset Management (Taiwan)
Limited, JP Morgan Chase Bank National Association and J.P. Morgan Investment
Management Inc. in Nokian Tyres plc fell below 5% as a result of a share
transaction concluded on 17 April 2012.
