SSH COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY SPINS OFF ITS MOBILE AUTHENTICATION BUSINESS

SSH transfers its mobile authentication business (MobileID) to a new joint
venture where SSH will act as a minority owner. SSH is convinced that this
gives our current customers the best possible path forward and ensures the
smooth continuation of the business. Transaction will take place in June 2016. 

This sale is part of SSH´s long-term strategy to focus on its core business and
especially to offer the best solutions for organizations of all sizes to manage
their cryptographic keys and access to large IT environments. 

This sale will not have material profit impact and it will not change the
forecast and market estimates previously published by SSH Group.
