Sanitas AB - Notification on material event

Resolutions taken by the ordinary general shareholders meeting

Consolidated annual report for 2007 and Company‘s auditor‘s report were
presented to Sanitas AB (hereinafter - Company) shareholders during ordinary
general shareholders meeting which took place on April 17, 2008. It was decided
to approve Company's financial statements for 2007 and consolidated financial
statements for 2007. Resolution to pay dividends for 2007 in the amount of LTL
0,6 per share was also made.
