CHANGE IN EXEL COMPOSITES' GROUP MANAGEMENT



Mr. Lasse Orre, SVP Sales and member of Exel Composites' Group Management, has
been appointed VP Sales of the Group's Nanjing unit in China as of 1 February
2011. Due to his new responsibilities Mr. Orre is no longer member of the Group
Management. 



Exel Composites Management Group members are Mr. Vesa Korpimies, President and
CEO, Mr. Ilkka Silvanto, CFO, and Mr. Callum Gough, SVP Operations.
