A court banned to register decisions of the General Meeting of Shareholders

On 18th of May 2009, AB “Gubernija” received the stand up ruling of Siauliai
City District Court concerning the ban to AB “Gubernija” to register the
minutes and the decisions of the Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of
30-04-2009 in the Register of Legal Entities.
