SUBSCRIPTION OF RAMIRENT SHARES WITH 2002B OPTION RIGHTS

SUBSCRIPTION OF RAMIRENT SHARES WITH 2002B OPTION RIGHTS                        

Based on the 2002B option rights, 68,728 new Ramirent shares have been          
subscribed for. The subscription price was according to the terms and conditions
of the options programme 1.195 euros per share.                                 

The corresponding 7,388.26 euro increase in the share capital of Ramirent is    
expected to be entered into the Trade Register on 21 August 2007. After the     
increase, the share capital will be 11,667,839.73 euros and the number of shares
108,538,044.                                                                    

The new shares confer shareholder rights as from their registration with the    
Trade Register and are entitled to the same dividend as the old shares. Trading 
with the new shares is expected to commence on 22 August 2007.                  

After these subscriptions there are 20,049 Ramirent 2002B option rights         
outstanding based on which 160,392 Ramirent shares can be subscribed for.
