Agrowill Group AB - Notification on material event

Non-public bonds emission bought out

On 22 October 2008 Agrowill Group AB successfully bought out LTL 10.5 million
(EUR 3 million) non-public bonds emission and continues it's plan to reduce
the amount of financial debt.

Part of funds were gathered from new successfully issued non-public 
bonds emission of LTL 2.8 million (EUR 0.8 million).
