Vilniaus Baldai - Notification on material event

AB „Vilniaus baldai“ sold unused premises

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-08-27 08:55 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AB „Vilniaus
baldai“ (hereinafter - the Company) completed the sale transaction of the
administrative building and ancillary facilities on Savanorių avenue 178 in
Vilnius. Premises sold were not used in the Company's direct activities since
year 2008. 

The real estate was sold for EUR 1.05m - market value established by an
independent property valuation company. In this transaction AB “Vilniaus
baldai” will earn EUR 0,18m in pre-tax profit. 

Real estate was acquired by the Company's largest shareholder's AB „Invalda
privatus kapitalas“ subsidiaries, managed by AB „Inreal valdymas“.
