Oriola-KD Corporation Stock Exchange Announcement 6 July 2009 at
10.00 a.m.

In accordance with Section 3 of the Bylaws of Oriola-KD Corporation,
265,170 A-shares have been converted into 265,170 B-shares. The
conversion has been entered into the Trade Register on 6 July 2009.
After the conversion there are 48,127,033 A-shares and 103,130,795
B-shares in the company. The total number of shares is 151,257,828
and the total number of votes is 1,065,671,455.
