Regarding recall and election of management bodies of AB Kauno Energija

 The Supervisory Board of AB Kauno Energija, elected by the Extraordinary
General meeting of shareholders, which was held on the 28th of September, 2012
recalled company's Management Board and elected the new members of the
Management Board: 

  1. Juozas Augutis;

2. Valdas Lukoševičius;

3. Rimantas Bakas;

4. Saulius Meškauskas;

5. Sigitas Groblys;

6. Vaclovas Miškinis;

7. Mindaugas Varža.

  As the Management Board of the Company has been recalled by the Supervisory
Board, the authority of General Manager of the company Rimantas Bakas was
stopped.
