CHANGE IN THE DATE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF GEOSENTRIC OYJ



GeoSentric Oyj postpones the date of its scheduled Annual General Meeting due
to combining the handling of the financing proposal in the agenda of its Annual
General Meeting as announced earlier on May 12 and May 13, 2011. The
discussions between the Company and its lead investor and a number of existing
major shareholders regarding possible alternative or additional funding
proposals are still ongoing. The Company aims to clarify the situation soonest
and thereafter call the Annual General Meeting to be held on week 24/2011.
