LESTO AB - Notification on material event

Regarding public announced information

LESTO AB, identification code 302577612, registered office placed at Žvejų str.
14, Vilnius, Republic of Lithuania. The total number of registered ordinary
shares issued by company is 603 944 593; ISIN code LT0000128449. 

On 23 April 2014 media has published information about the ongoing negotiations
between the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and the German company E.ON
Ruhrgas International GmbH for the potential buyout of their shares of LESTO. 

LESTO informs that it has not received any official information about ongoing
negotiations by E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH regarding the sale of LESTO
shares. Upon notification of such decisions taken, LESTO will publicly announce
them according to the laws. 

LESTO shares are currently owned by “Lietuvos Energija”, UAB (82.63 percent),
E.ON Ruhrgas International GmbH (11.76 percent), remaining shares (5.61
percent) are held by other shareholders.
