LITGRID AB - Notification on material event

A Chairman of LITGRID AB Supervisory Board has been elected

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2013-05-13 17:39 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The first meeting
of LITGRID AB Supervisory Board, held on 13 May 2013, elected Aleksandras
Spruogis as a chairman of the Supervisory Board of LITGRID AB. 

A. Spruogis currently holds a position of a Vice-minister of Energy of the
Republic of Lithuania.
