Regarding liquidation of LEO LT, AB

LEO LT, AB, wich owns 3 651 534 shares of VST, AB, on January 6, 2010 announced
that on December 31, 2009 a resolution, taken on December 30, 2009 by the sole
shareholder of LEO LT, AB the Lithuanian Government to liquidation LEO LT, AB,
took force.
