Óladóttir resigned as alternate Member of the Board of Directors of Landsbankinn
hf. The resignation is effective as of 21 June 2017.

Ms. Ásta Dís Óladóttir was elected at the Annual General Meeting of Landsbankinn
hf. on 22 March 2017.
