Dvarcioniu Keramika AB - Notification on material event

NOTIFICATION ABOUT TRANSFER OF SHARES

AB "Dvarčionių keramika" got notification from the principal shareholder        
CERSANIT S.A. on 29th of June, 2009,  that the company had transferred          
9137 525 of the shares of  AB "Dvarčionių keramika" to the company NUSINCO      
HOLDINGS LIMITED, registered  in Cyprus, registration No. HE 9392239, situated  
in 48 Themistoki Dervi, Centennial Building, office No.701, 1066 Nikosija.      
Notification refers that the Company FMĮ "FINASTA" registered the company Nusico
Holdings Limited as the shareholder of 9 137 525 shares of AB "Dvarčionių       
keramika" on the 23rd of June, 2009.                                            
The principal shareholder of "Nusico Holdings Limited" is the company CERSANIT  
S.A.
