Konecranes Plc (ID 0942718-2) has on January 14, 2011, received a disclosure
under Chapter 2, Section 9 of the Securities Market Act, according to which the
holding of HTT 2 Holding Oy Ab (ID 2301146-6) in Konecranes has exceeded ten
percent. HTT 2 Holding Oy Ab held 6,230,568 shares in Konecranes Plc on January
14, 2011, which is 10.00 percent of Konecranes Plc's shares and votes. HTT 2
Holding Oy Ab is a subsidiary of Hartwall Capital Oy Ab. 

K. Hartwall Invest Oy Ab (ID 2104476-6), Fyrklöver-Invest Oy Ab (ID 2104480-3)
and Ronnas Invest AG (CH 020.3.028.263.2), who will in practice co-operate with
HTT 2 Holding Oy Ab in matters concerning their ownership in Konecranes Plc,
have the following ownership in Konecranes Plc:
