Wetteri Plc's publication of the financial statements and the annual report will be postponed

Wetteri Plc Stock Exchange Release 17 April 2024 at 12.00 EET

In a stock exchange release dated 21 December 2023, Wetteri Plc has announced
that it will publish the financial statements and annual report for the
financial year 2023 on Thursday 18 April 2024.

Due to the schedule of closing on-going financing negotiations, the audit will
not be completed as scheduled and the publication date for financial statement
publication date will be postponed. The new date for the publication of the
financial statements and annual report is April 30, 2024.

Postponing the publication of the financial statements and the annual report
does not affect the planned date of the general meeting.
