SBS Broadcasting sold to ProSiebenSat 1                                         
Several recapitalisations in target companies                                   

There have been exits in Amanda's portfolio. The exits together generate a cash 
flow of over one million euros for Amanda.                                      

Permira Europe III has sold its stake in SBS Broadcasting to ProSiebenSat 1. SBS
is one of Europe's leading broadcasting groups. The exit is profitable and      
proceeds to Amanda will be accounted in Amanda's result in the third quarter in 
2007.                                                                           

In addition to this Charterhouse VII - private equity fund and Permira Europe   
III have recapitalized six different target companies, which will generate cash 
flows to Amanda during the second half of 2007.
