Decrease in share capital

With reference to the resolution passed at Teymi's general shareholders'
meeting on 14 August 2008 concerning the purchase of own shares, the Board of
Directors of the company has decided to decrease the share capital by ISK
521,367,650. The share capital of Teymi will thus amount to ISK 3,048,937,587.
