Share repurchases completed

The share repurchases announced by Elisa on 1st August 2008 have been
completed. Elisa has purchased through Helsinki Stock Exchange during
8.8 - 16.9.2009 3.000.000 Elisa shares. Average price per share was
14.43 euros and total purchase price approximately 42.3 million
euros.

After the purchases Elisa holds 10 688 629 own shares.
