Notification on a change in holdings referring to Chapter 2, Section 10, of the 
Finnish Securities Markets Act                                                  

We have been notified that Juha Vidgrén's ownership of Ponsse Plc's number of   
votes and share capital has exceeded 10% (1/10) on November 26, 2009. Juha      
Vidgrén's stockholding is 2,868,000 shares, corresponding to 10.24% of the      
company's share capital and number of votes. Ponsse Plc's registered share      
capital consists of 28,000,000 shares.
