Deutsche Bank AG s holding in TietoEnator has decreased to 4.18%

TietoEnator has received an announcement stating that Deutsche Bank
AG's and its subsiriary companies' current holding in TietoEnator has
decreased below the 5 percent threshold. Pursuant to chapter 2,
section 9 of the Securities Market Act TietoEnator announces that the
current combined holding in TietoEnator of Deutsche Bank AG is 3 100
142 shares, which represents 4.18% of the share capital and voting
rights. The decrease is a result of the return of a stock borrow of
759 390 shares by Deutsche Bank AG London.

The registered number of shares of TietoEnator is 74 096 462, which
entitle to a total of 74 096 462. On June 26, 2007 TietoEnator's
