Basware extends its cooperation with a major security company to cover invoice
automation in several countries in Europe and Africa

Basware has expanded its cooperation with one of the world's largest security
companies to provide its Invoice Automation solution. The contract covers the
deployment of the solution in over thirty additional business units in Europe
and Africa, processing in excess of 1 million invoices annually. The value of
the license-based agreement is approximately EUR 500,000."We are very pleased to continue our cooperation with our long-term customer and
secure best practices in purchase to pay for the customer. For several years, we
have supported the customer in transforming its entire Accounts Payable process
and successfully served its business units across Europe, and now also in
Africa. Basware's solution will be seamlessly integrated with customer's
multiple ERP systems. The customer gains better visibility over purchase to pay
as well as attains a global process while remaining sensitive to local
