Election of the chairman of the Supervisory Board

On 19 August 2009 the Supervisory Board of Rytų skirstomieji tinklai, AB
(hereinafter  - the Company) elected Vytautas Vazalinskas as the Chairman of
the Supervisory Board of the Company.
