SEB Bankas - Notification on material event

Resolution of the Bank of Lithuania

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-12-18 15:00 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 17 December
2015 the Bank of Lithuania informed that it is resolved to consider AB SEB
bankas as the other systemically important institution and an extra other
systematically important institution capital buffer of 2 percent from the total
risk weighted exposure amount is established for AB SEB bankas. The buffer
shall be accumulated by the 31 December 2016.
