ANNOUNCEMENT OF OWNERSHIP PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 2 SECTION 10 OF THE SECURITIES    
MARKETS ACT                                                                     


PKC Group Oyj has received 23 April 2010 a notification with reference to       
Chapter 2, paragraph 9 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.                   

The share of votes and share capital in PKC Group Oyj held by Jorma Takanen has 
fallen below the limit of one twentieth (1/20) on 23 April 2010. Following the  
transaction Jorma Takanen owns 807,598 PKC Group Oyj shares i.e. 4.54% of the   
shares and votes.                                                               

The amount of shares of PKC Group Oyj on 23 April 2010 totalled 17,781,522. The 
company has one series of shares.
