CHANGE IN ALDATA'S CORPORATE MANAGEMENT TEAM

Aldata Solution Oyj is pleased to announce two changes to its Corporate
Management Team.

Patrick Buellet, who has worked for Aldata since 1995 in a number of senior
positions, moves into the newly created role of Chief Strategy Officer. The
position will build on the successful work Patrick started whilst running
Aldata's Corporate Accounts Business Unit, and his previous role as Chief
Technology Officer. Patrick will focus on building longer term commitments to,
and relationships with, the world's largest retailers and work with them to
identify new ways to improve Aldata's all round product and service offering.

Reddy Karri joined Aldata in April 2009 to take over the responsibility for the
G.O.L.D.  Development, Support, and Delivery teams. Reddy moves into the
position of Chief Technical Officer and will expand his area of responsibility
to include the Development, Support, and Delivery teams for both the Apollo and
Logistics Business Units.

In these new roles, both Patrick and Reddy will move from being members of the
Management Council to members of the Corporate Management Team.

Both positions report to directly to Bertrand Sciard, President and CEO of
Aldata.
